Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer UK and international shipping. We ship with care to ensure your order arrives safely and as beautifully as it was sent.

Order Processing Time

  • Handling: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our studio.

International Shipping

We ship to international destinations worldwide.

Lost or Damaged Parcel

If your parcel is lost or damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible by emailing info@zncouture.com so we can investigate the matter with the courier.
